Luke Gall is co-founder and CEO of Ultimate Drill Book, a company that creates educational tools for marching ensembles. Since its founding in 2010, Luke has lead the development of all products that support thousands of schools, colleges and drum corps in North America, Europe, and Asia.
Luke is also a founder and owner of My Design Team, inc., a design and education company that operates out of Austin, Texas. This firm encompasses his work as a consultant, program coordinator, visual designer, and videographer for music ensembles and corporate entities.
Luke was recently appointed to the role of Artistic Director for Rhythmic Force Percussion, a non-profit percussion ensemble based in Austin, Texas. He serves on the design team while also overseeing the creative direction and marketing for the organization. Luke previously served as the drill designer with Rhythmic Force and helped lead them to their first-ever appearances in the WGI World Championship Finals.
Luke has a comprehensive background in the arts as a coordinator, designer, teacher, and performer. His designs have helped more than 50 programs receive honors in BOA (Bands of America), WGI (Winter Guard International), USBands, and TOB (Tournament of Bands) events. He served as visual caption head for Genesis Drum and Bugle Corps in 2015, and he performed as a member of The Cadets, Crossmen, and Jersey Surf Drum and Bugle Corps in 2005-2009.
Luke’s experience as a media creator and consultant has led to work with companies and musical groups across the globe. Luke recently worked with Perform International in more than 20 countries to create content for musical groups. His professional work, along with his personal videos, have amassed millions of views on YouTube and social media platforms. Luke also served as the media coordinator for bands at The University of Texas at Austin where he produced more than 100 videos and a feature-length documentary.
Luke is a founder of FivE, a nationally touring euphonium quartet. FivE performed their popular shows “NEON”, “#hashtags”, and “FivE years of FivE” in 25 cities in 2015-2019. Highlight performances included a featured recital at the International Tuba Euphonium Conference, a showcase at the TMEA convention, and four keynote appearances at ITEA conferences. The group released their debut album, “FivE: Play”, in 2017. FivE is a sponsored ensemble with Buffet Crampon and Besson Instruments, and Luke plays exclusively on a Besson Prestige 2052 Euphonium.
Luke received his Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Pennsylvania State University and a Master’s degree in Euphonium Performance at The University of Texas at Austin.

Andrew Markworth is a composer, arranger, and consultant writing for marching bands, indoor percussion and winds groups and drum corps all over the world.
He is currently the music director for Rhythm X; both the 3 time gold medalist percussion group (2008, 2009, 2013) and the 4 time gold medalist winds group (2015, 2017, 2018, 2019). He is also the music arranger and coordinator for the Crossmen Drum and Bugle Corps from San Antonio, TX. Andrew was the Front Ensemble Arranger/Coordinator for Carolina Crown from 2007-2014.
Andrew is a Yamaha Performing Artist and a proud endorser of Zildjian Cymbals, Evans Drumheads, and Promark Drumsticks which produces his signature mallet collection.
He currently resides in Centerville, Ohio with his wife Kara, daughter Natalie, and son Brady.

Don Click is co-founder of Independent World Class percussion group Music City Mystique and served as the Executive Director until 2006. He remains active on the McM Board of Directors and the Design Team.
Don is a sought-after designer and program coordinator for marching band and winter percussion programs nationwide. Touching all WGI percussion divisions, he has had numerous finalists and medal recipients in his 25+ year history. Don continues actively judge in all areas of the performing arts.
Don’s drum corps affiliation is diverse and goes back many years including marching with The Bayonne Bridgemen, Suncoast Sound and The Concord Blue Devils as well as serving on the design team at Pacific Crest. Don is the current Program Coordinator for The Colts Drum and Bugle Corps from Dubuque Iowa.
With Winter Guard International, Don has held the responsibilities of being a member of the Percussion Advisory Board, Percussion Steering Committee, and the Board of Directors. He was inducted into the Winter Guard International Hall of Fame in 2010, the Southeastern Color Guard Circuit Hall of Fame in 2013 and the Texas Color Guard Circuit in 2012. Don currently serves on the WGI Board of Directors as well as the Executive Committee as Treasurer. Don has also served as President of the Southeastern Color Guard Circuit where he had previously served as the Percussion Coordinator.
Don’s experience in the music business spans 2 decades. He began his career leading the way in Product Development, Marketing and Artist Relations for Pearl/Adams, then continued with ProMark/D’Addario for an additional 10 years where he held roles in Product Management, Director of Marketing and Education/Artist Relations. Don also served at the Vice President of Marketing for System Blue. Currently Don works for the IT Department for the Houston Independent School District.
Don resides in Katy, TX with his wife Stephanie and their children Avery and Piper.

Jeff Sacktig has been involved in the pageantry arts for over 40 years as a performer, a teacher, a designer and an adjudicator.
He is an active visual designer for drum corps, marching band, indoor percussion, winter guard and wind groups.
Having spent 30 years with The Cadets Organization, Jeff was a soprano player from 1986 to 1989. He joined The Cadets Visual Staff in 1990 and in 1995, he became the Visual Designer and held that position for 20 years spanning from 1995 to 2001 and then again from 2003 to the 2015. He returns back to the Cadets in 2020 as a visual consultant. Jeff was a part of 7 DCI World Championship titles and numerous medalist placements. His contributions to not only The Cadets but to drum corps overall is well respected.
Currently Jeff is in his fourth year as the Visual Designer for Carolina Crown.
Other DCI corps Jeff has worked with are the Crossmen, Capital Regiment and Magic of Orlando (2002 Division II World Champions and Division I Finalist). His expertise and leadership has been seen in the Drum Corps Associates circuit as well. He was the Visual Designer for Cadets2, the 2016 DCA World Champion from 2012 its inaugural season to 2016 and currently is the Visual Designer for the Atlanta Corps Vets. Internationally, Jeff is the visual designer for the Drum Corps Japan Champion Yokohama Scouts.
Jeff is also an active designer for indoor percussion, winter guard, indoor winds and marching band. He has spent 16 years as the visual designer for the 4 time WGI World Class Gold Medalist Dartmouth HS Indoor Percussion. Dartmouth’s full production value from concept, set design, costuming, musical/visual expression of composition has helped shaped the way for the indoor percussion arts. Other percussion groups Jeff has designed for include: Cadets Winter Percussion, United Percussion, East Side Fury, Odyssey, First Degree, Forsyth Central HS and Kennesaw Mt HS.
Jeff has designed numerous marching band shows since 1990. He is the visual designer for 2019 BOA Grand National Champion Vandegrift HS. USBands Champion Dartmouth HS. BOA Finalist Round Rock HS, Castle HS, Seminole HS and Pomona HS. BOA Regional Finalist Vandegrift HS, Round Rock HS, Cleveland HS, Harrison HS, Rouse HS, Wakeland HS, Castle HS, Coppell HS, Stoneman Douglas HS, Kiski HS, McEachern HS, Fayette County HS, Lassiter HS. TOB Champion Pocono Mt HS.
Some of Jeff’s winter guard work include: Paramount 2018 WGI IW Gold Medalist, Emerald Marquis 2000 WGI IW Bronze Medalist, Black Watch 1999 WGI IO Bronze Medalist, Crimson Kings 1993 WGI IA Bronze Medalist, St John’s Productions WGI IA Gold Medalist, Salem Blue 2006 & 2009 WGI IA Silver Medalist, Apex 2002 WGI IA Bronze Medalist.
Recently Jeff started designing for indoor winds, Cleveland HS is the 2019 WGI WSW Gold Medalist.
Jeff was inducted into the DCI Hall of Fame, the World Drum Corps Hall of Fame and the Cadets Hall of Fame. He resides in Woodstock, GA.

Jordan Garza is going into his fourth year as the Ensemble Director for Rhythmic Force Percussion. He is also the newest addition to the band staff at McNeil High School! Under his direction, Rhythmic Force was a WGI PIO World Championship finalist in 2018 and 2019. Jordan’s varied and successful background with percussion ensemble, electronics, marching band, and indoor percussion provides a strong foundation for the current vision of his percussion programs. Mr. Garza is endorsed by the educational programs of Marimba One, Innovative Percussion, Evans Drum Heads and is an active clinician, percussion arranger and instructor across Texas.
Prior to the year 2020, he was the Associate Director of Bands and Percussion Director at Weiss High School. In 2017, Weiss was named the Bands of America class A Champion, during their first year of existence. In 2018, Weiss HS was one of the youngest schools to ever place in finals at a Band’s of America Super Regional and named the Grand Champion of the Vista Ridge Marching Festival. In 2019 the Weiss HS Percussion Ensemble won the Outstanding Front Ensemble Caption in the large division of the Brandies South Texas Classic. Prior to living in Austin, TX Jordan resided in Houston TX, where he was the Percussion Director at the nationally recognized, Stephen F. Austin HS and was the Ensemble Director at Monarch Independent for the 2017 season. During his time in FBISD, Mr. Garza led the Stephen F. Austin percussion ensemble to multiple championship performances with the Bulldog Band and Angels Dance Team, including the first place finish at UIL Area in 2016. Under his direction the SFA Percussion Ensemble performed a showcase at the 2016 Texas Music Educators Association Convention.
Mr. Garza holds a bachelor’s degree in Music Education (Instrumental Emphasis) from Texas State University. During his tenure at Texas State, he was the section leader of the Bobcat Drumline and the Principal Percussionist of the Texas State Wind Ensemble. If free time presents itself, Jordan subs with the Austin Symphony Orchestra, enjoys a good spin class and walks with his new doggie pal Theo. Mr. Garza brings his vision into reality through performance, teamwork and excellence in musicianship.

Stone Wang is a Texas native who grew up in Houston, Texas. He currently teaches at Walsh Middle School in Round Rock, Texas.
Mr. Wang attended The University of Texas at Austin where he studied Horn under Pat Hughes and received his Bachelor degree in Music Studies.
Stone has several years of experience performing and teaching in the marching arts. After aging out with the Santa Clara Vanguard, he has spent the last two seasons working as a brass technician at Phantom Regiment and as a movement consultant at Guardians Drum and Bugle Corps.
Stone has been working closely with Rhythmic Force since the 2019 WGI competitive season as a choreographer and visual technician, and looks forward to continue growing the organization as the visual coordinator. He’s excited to share his passion for music and movement with the performers of Rhythmic Force.

Mikey Sheeran graduated from Texas State University with a degree in Music Education. Mikey has marched with numerous drum corps and Indoor Percussion ensembles.
In 2013 he marched with Imperial Percussion Theater and the Guardians Drum and Bugle Corps in their inaugural season. At Guardians Mikey was the Snare section Leader and Percussion Ensemble Captain. In 2014 he marched another season with Imperial Percussion Theater and went to Genesis Drum and Bugle corps. In 2015 Mikey was a part of the inaugural season of Monarch Independent, and marched with The Spirit of Atlanta Drum and Bugle Corps. In 2016, Monarch Independent and the Crossmen Drum and Bugle Corps. Mikey Aged out in 2017 as the Ensemble captain of Monarch Independent.
Mikey served as a technician and taught lessons with multiple schools in Texas including John J. High school, Steele High School, Cedar Ridge High School, Hendrickson High school, and Weiss High School. Mikey has been on the Battery staff at The Guardians Drum and Bugle corps from 2018 – present. He has also taught Rhythmic Force Percussion from 2018 – Present. Mikey became the Percussion Director of Westwood High School in the Round Rock Independent School District in 2018.
In 2019 The Westwood High School Marching band made the Bands of America Austin Finals and finished in third place at the Bands of America Houston Regional. In December of 2019 Mikey taught the percussion for the Westwood Symphony Orchestra and Grisham Middle School Honors Band as they got to perform in the Midwest Clinic and Convention.
Mikey is currently Endorsed by Salyers Percussion and Evans Drum Heads.
